
Wholly Mama, Mary Oscategui is a trained and certified Yoga, Pilates, Personal Trainer, and Wellness and Living Foods Coach. Specialties include: Mom and Baby Classes, Yin Yoga, Weight Loss, and Pre and Post Natal Fitness.
She has been in the Health and Fitness industry for 13.5 years. As a former manager, she ran a Group Exercise and a Fitness department at an upscale Sports Club in Boston, New York City, and DC. She managed, coordinated, and arranged a variety of operations, including supervising and training a large staff of employees. She also owns her own fitness company, Physical Awakening and baby planning company, The Baby Planner.
She has taught a wide variety of classes and has worked with hundreds of individuals and groups over the last 13 years. She has studied Living Foods at the Ann Wigmore Institute in Puerto Rico. She has an extensive background in holistic nutrition, and has experimented with juice fasting, water fasting, ayurveda, and raw living foods.Currently she spends time enjoying being a mother with her daughter Bella,and offering others the powerful teachings of living foods, yoga, pilates, and fitness.
